New Hampshire Camping Trip (8-03)
Moe, Jeff
and Brendan spent a long weekend in New Hampshire enjoying the sites around
Mount Washington and the rest of the Northern New Hampshire area. We were
all over, from the Flume and the Basin, to visiting friends over in Lyndon,
Vermont to outlet shopping in North Conway. The only drag was the fact
that out of the 3 days, it probably rained about 2 of them, but we made the best
of it and had a great time.
Nothing like sitting around a campfire in the evening, watching it burn away while you're in your raincoat and trying to stay dry. Jeff's tent had a lake in it the 1st night, so he ended up in the car and Moe and Brendan had to run a bucket brigade to keep their tent afloat.
But what can you say, it's New Hampshire and it was a very needed vacation trip for all of us. Next year we're already planning for northern Maine.
