Looking at the new house

Moe's sister has been house-hunting and has found a house that she made an offer on. It's a bit further out than where we live now (we'll be outside that magical 495 line), but Moe and I both like and my commute wouldn't be worse (I'd take the commuter rail) and Moe would have a 20 minute or so commute. The house is a 2-family so his Sister and her boyfriend would get the 2nd floor and finished attic and we would be on the 1st floor and have the basement for storage and stuff.
Now we're just waiting to see if everything happens - it'll be nice to finally move out where we are. Just start completely over in a new place. The best part is I can tinker and work on the house since Moe's sister will be the landlord - so I finally get to start working on some home improvement projects. First thing would be new paint in our apartment and a new tile floor for the kitchen. Maybe even a new medicine cabinet if I have time.
Exciting times...
