Baxter State Park
October 1996
Jeff, Brian and Clayton decided to take a trip up to Baxter State Park. The weather never really cooperated for the Knife Edge and Katahdin proper, so they ended up hiking over the Brothers where by the end the winds were blowing close to 100mph or so. The climb to the summit of North Brother was more of a crawl since the winds were so strong - if you stood up, you were blown over.
