03/06/2005: "back home"

Everything in NY went okay with my father - turns out that the letter writing campaign I had him engage in to the Legislature turned the tide - when we sat down for the meeting, the first thing that was done was the proposal was withdrawn, so we couldn't have really asked for more.

Did some skiiing in the Catskills yesterday - conditions are amazing - it's more like late january than it is skiing in March. There's about 2 feet of snow in the woods - about a foot of hard base and a foot of powder on top of that. You could whip through the trees and go just about anywhere on the way down. Even with a stuffy head - it was good. I might go back next weekend if the conditions hold - and they're supposed to get even more snow.

Moe and I are both home today - so I think we're going out today.

We have discovered only the most accidently gay video game there is for the PS2. If you don't already have a copy, go and buy one right now - I can guarantee that you'll have fun playing it and laughing your ass off while you are playing it.
