Greetings from the SF Bay Area! Jeff, I too agree with you. Although I received my "driving basic training" in MA [originally from the South Shore], I had to re-train myself to the many times weird driving techniques of many californians. As far driving in the number 1 lane [the lane closest to the center divide], if someone is NOT moving along at the speed limit, they ought to get the fuck out of the way! Around here we have posted signs put up by the state that read: "Slower Traffic Move Right". -robb
